Nomination Quantity definition

Nomination Quantity has the meaning given to that expression in Section C paragraph 1.1.4 of the IUK Access Code;
Nomination Quantity means the quantity of natural gas specified in a Nomination or Renomination;

  • In the event that the Seller (or its Transferor) or Buyer (or its Transferee) have entered a Trade Nomination Quantity different from that appearing on the ICE Endex French PEG Natural Gas Futures Confirmation Report, which has been accepted by GRTgaz under GRTgaz Rules, the Clearing House or its agent may direct the Seller (or its Transferor) or the Buyer (or its Transferee) to amend or withdraw such Trade Nomination on such terms as the Clearing House may consider appropriate.

  • Where NGG has not submitted a NGG Nomination by the Initial Nomination Deadline, NGG shall be deemed to have submitted a NGG Nomination for a Nomination Quantity of zero.

Nomination Quantity means the quantity of Energy specified in the Call Notice, which amount shall equal fifty percent (50%) of (i) the maximum amount of Energy (in MWs per hour expressed as a whole number) that NJEA is permitted to deliver to JCP&L under the Amended PPA during Off-Peak Hours occurring during such day less (ii) the amount of electricity (in MWs per hour expressed as a whole number) that the Facility is expected to generate for sale to JCP&L under the Amended PPA during Off-Peak Hours occurring during such day. "Maximum Nomination Quantity" means (i) 125 MWs per Off-Peak Hour for the months of December through March and June through September and (ii) 100 MWs per Off-Peak Hour for the months of April, May, October and November. "Replacement Period" shall mean the period beginning on the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof and ending at 11:59 p.m. August 13, 2011. "Replacement Power" means electricity purchased by NJEA as replacement for any Delivery Shortfall. Replacement Power shall not include Energy delivered to NJEA on behalf of TEMI pursuant to Section 3.1(a). "Replacement Price" means the lesser of (A) the price at which NJEA (or any other Person acting on its behalf), acting in a commercially reasonable manner, purchases Replacement Power, plus (i) transaction and other administrative costs reasonably incurred by NJEA (or any other Person acting on its behalf) in purchasing such Replacement Power and (ii) additional transmission charges, if any, reasonably incurred by NJEA (or any other Person acting on its behalf) to transmit Replacement Power to the Delivery Point, or (B) the LMP at the Delivery Point for such Replacement Power; provided, however, that in no event shall such price include any penalties, ratcheted demand or similar charges, nor shall NJEA be required to utilize or change its utilization of its owned or controlled assets or market positions to minimize TEMI's liability. "Resale Price" shall mean, without duplication, (i) the price at which TEMI, acting in a commercially reasonable manner, sells or is paid for Rejected Power, plus (ii) transaction and other administrative costs reasonably incurred by TEMI in re-selling such Rejected Power; provided, however, that in no event shall TEMI be required to utilize or change its utilization of its other assets or market positions in order to minimize NJEA's liability for Rejected Power.
Nomination Quantity has the meaning given to that expression in Section C paragraph 1.1.4 of the IAC;
Nomination Quantity means the Quantity of Natural Gas a Shipper nominated for delivery under an Entry Nomination or redelivery under an Exit Nomination or a Renomination for each hour on Gas Day D (“Hourly Quantity”).

Related to Nomination Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.
