Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Shareholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 3.11f.
Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
nomination day means the day determined in terms of the Electoral Act for the announcement of the nominated candidates and parties for an election.
Nominated Account means a bank account which is maintained under the name of an EHCP or his Associated Organization and is specified by the EHCP and his Associated Organization in the Authority for Payment to a Bank in the form attached at Appendix B and signed by the EHCP and his Associated Organization.
District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.
