Nominated Delegate means any person who is selected or named by the Purchaser’s Representative to act on their behalf in connection with this Contract;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee of the Board of Directors established;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Authorized delegate means a person a licensee designates to provide money services on behalf of the licensee.

  • Nominated Representative means the person nominated by the applicant for, or the holder of, a licence, for the purposes of continuing to operate the licence in the event of death of the licence holder.
