No Build Zone definition

No Build Zone means that portion of the Buffer Zone up gradient of the No Disturb Zone and extending to a line fifty feet (50’) from the edge of those Wetland Resources, contiguous or intermittent, with a defined dimension, subject to restriction, defined in this bylaw.
No Build Zone means that area shown yellow on the annexed Layout Plan.
No Build Zone means an area free of structures and impervious surfaces.

  • Landlord shall cause the construction of the Site Improvements serving the Demised Premises (including all parking within the No Build Zone) in two phases, the first phase being the delivery of Tenant's Building pad, staging areas and an access road to such areas from Route 38 (the "Phase One Work").


More Definitions of No Build Zone

No Build Zone means an area or portion of a lot that is designated by deed not to contain any buildings, structures or other built improvement on a permanent basis.

  • Construction Zone shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.3 (i);
