Nixie definition

Nixie means an account where contact cannot be established with the transported individual, may it be because of “undeliverable-as-addressed mail”, incomplete account information, or some other factor.
Nixie means the term coined by the United States Postal Service, which includes undeliverable mail due to bad addresses, non-existent addresses, or a Patient who has moved and left no forwarding address.
