NIT document means the bidding document issued by SECI including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof vide NIT no. SECI/C&P/NIT/CORP. OFFC CONST./112018 dated: 24.12.2018;

  • The vendor agrees that in case the authorized distributor having the credentiality prescribed in the NIT document is entrusted to receive order and payment is also liable to deposit Performance Bank guarantee @ 1% of the assessed base rate of requirement for the item subject to a minimum of 5,000/- and maximum of Rs 1,00,000/- per item.

  • The contractor shall provide necessary support and execute any infrastructure required in releasing of new connection for which all the material (except metering equipment) will be provided by the contractor on the same rates as per the award of original project with the price variation applicable on DTs and cables as per the formulas given in the NIT document.

  • However, in case of replacement of any existing Street lighting system or any other item which are not installed by the contractor, the same shall be replaced by the contractor and in those cases the cost shall be borne by the MCG/HUDA on the same rates as per the award of original project with the price variation applicable Poles and Luminaire per the formulas given in the NIT document.

  • Any material required for the above work shall be provided by the contractor on the same rates as per the award of original project with the price variation applicable on DTs and cables as per the formulas given in the NIT document.

  • Operations, management and maintenance along with 3.0 meters of surrounding area from all side of Canteen as per the terms and conditions stipulated in Schedule F, Part D (B) of NIT document and as per the submitted presentation during presentation round (Annexure III) of tender process.

  • The license permits the Licensee to start activities listed in Schedule F, Part D (B) of NIT document.
