NIPHT definition

NIPHT means National Institute of Post Harvest Technology, an institute established under the laws of Maharashtra on December 10, 1998, pursuant to the Societies ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, and incorporated under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950, on June 12, 1999.
NIPHT means and shall include his (their) legal representative(s) assign(s) or Successor(s). b) “Contractor” shall mean and shall include his (their) legal representative(s) assign(s) or successor(s). c) “This Contract” shall mean the whole accepted bid document, annexure, appendix, contract document and/or specifications attached hereto and duly signed. d) “Notice in writing” or written notice shall mean a notice in written, typed or printed characters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise proved to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received when in the ordinary course or post it would have been delivered. e) “Act of Insolvency” shall mean any Act of Insolvency as defined by the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act or the Provincial Insolvency Act or any Act amending suchoriginal.
