Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

The official start/finish times for both shifts - Dayshift - 5.00 am to 4.40 pm Nightshift - Between (4-6pm to 6 am) by mutual agreement.
