NEXT Contract definition

NEXT Contract means the Iridium NEXT Support Services Agreement between Iridium Constellation LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and The Boeing Company for Support Services for Iridium NEXT, dated May 28, 2010, as amended from time to time.

  • Smart contract means an event-driven program, with state, that runs on a distributed, decentralized, shared, and replicated ledger and which can take custody over and instruct transfer of assets on that ledger.

  • Spot Contract means a foreign exchange contract under which we agree to exchange money at an agreed rate within 48 hours of the contract being entered into.

  • relevant contract means the contract relied on by an applicant under this section to satisfy the requirements of subsection (1)(a)(ii);

  • IT Contracts means any agreements, licences or other contractual arrangements with third parties relating to the IT Systems or IT Services, including licences of all software, leases of hardware and other procurement of IT Systems or IT Services;

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
