New Subprocessor definition

New Subprocessor means any Subprocessor, with the exception of consultants and coaches, to which RB wishes to delegate the processing of Personal Data;
New Subprocessor has the meaning given in Section 11.1 (Consent to Subprocessor Engagement).
New Subprocessor has the meaning defined in Section 5.7 (b) of this Agreement;

Examples of New Subprocessor in a sentence

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to SurveyMonkey’s use of a new or replacement Sub-processor, Customer will notify SurveyMonkey promptly in writing and in any event within 30 days after receipt of a New Sub-processor Notice.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to Humanity’s use of a new Sub-processor, Customer will notify Humanity promptly in writing within 15 days after receipt of a New Sub-processor Notice.

  • If Client objects to Marsh's use of a New Sub-processor on reasonable grounds that the New Sub-processor is unlikely to be able to comply with the terms of this DPA or the Agreement, Client shall notify Marsh promptly in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of Marsh's notice.

  • Customer may also sign up to receive notifications of new Sub- processors via e-mail by e-mailing xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx with the subject “Subscribe to New Subprocessor Notifications” and specifying the email address such notifications should be sent to.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to Momentive’s use of a new or replacement Subprocessor, Customer will notify Momentive promptly in writing and in any event within 30 days after receipt of a New Subprocessor Notice.

  • If there is no objection by Customer within fifteen (15) days after posting of a New Subprocessor Notice, this will be deemed acceptance by Customer to the use of the proposed new Subprocessor.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to SurveyMonkey’s use of a new or replacement Sub-processor, Customer will notify SurveyMonkey promptly in writing and in any event within 15 days after receipt of a New Sub-processor Notice.

  • Marsh will notify Client in writing of any change to Services or fees that would result from Marsh’s inability to use a New Sub-processor to which Client has objected.

  • If Customer has a reasonable basis to object to the use of a new Subprocessor, Customer will notify Processor promptly in writing within fifteen (15) days after the posting of a New Subprocessor Notice.

  • The Company will make an application to NSE and BSE at which the existing Equity Shares are presently listed, for listing of the Equity Shares that will be issued on conversion of Warrants.

Related to New Subprocessor

  • Subprocessors means third parties authorised under these Data Processing Terms to have logical access to and process Customer Personal Data in order to provide parts of the Processor Services and any related technical support.

  • Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.

  • Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.

  • PJM Region Reliability Requirement means, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, the Forecast Pool Requirement multiplied by the Preliminary PJM Region Peak Load Forecast, less the sum of all Preliminary Unforced Capacity Obligations of FRR Entities in the PJM Region; and, for purposes of the Incremental Auctions, the Forecast Pool Requirement multiplied by the updated PJM Region Peak Load Forecast, less the sum of all updated Unforced Capacity Obligations of FRR Entities in the PJM Region.

  • PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9. PJM Board:

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered.
