New Documents definition

New Documents means all New Bondholder Documents, New HHI Documents, New IC Documents, New Millenium Documents, New Lender Documents, New Related Parties Documents, New Shipowner Documents, New SVL Documents and New VesselCo Party Documents.
New Documents has the meaning specified in Section 9.17.
New Documents means the [New Agreement], the [New Notes] (as defined in the [New Agreement]), the [New Security Documents] and all other documents evidencing [New Obligations], now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any [ABL Credit Party][Cash Flow Credit Party] or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the [New Collateral Agent], in connection with any of the foregoing, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • However, except as otherwise expressly so amended or supplemented by New Documents, the Original Loan Documents remain in full force and effect.

New Documents means this Supplemental Agreement and the Mortgage Amendments;
New Documents means, collectively, with respect to any New Facility, the agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any related New Obligations, including the definitive documentation in respect of such New Facility, the Collateral Documents, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed or extended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
New Documents is defined in Section 9.3.
New Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.
New Documents means this Agreement, the Guaranty Acknowledgement, the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ Notes and the 2007 Warrants.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Merger Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Certificate of Merger, and all other agreements and documents entered into in connection with the Merger and the other transactions contemplated hereby.
