Neutral spirits means ethyl alcohol of 190 proof or higher used especially for blending other alcoholic liquors.
Neutral spirits means alcohol, or a mixture of alcohol and water, of such purity that irrespective of the method of preparation or the nature of the raw materials used, that it has no odour or flavour other than that derived from ethyl alcohol;
Neutral spirits means dis tilled spirits distilled from any material at or above 190° proof, whether or not such proof is subsequently reduced.
