Network Standardization definition

Network Standardization shall be replaced with the following: "Subject to the provisions of Section 3 of Amendment Two, Customer agrees to standardize its network exclusively on Seller's 5ESS(R)-2000 Switch Systems Products, Transmission Systems Products, fiber optic cable and associated apparatus, access systems, voice messaging systems, Power Systems and Data Networking Products during the Term, such that in the event Customer requires any equipment and/or software which is functionally comparable to Sellers Products and related Licensed Materials available for purchase under this Agreement, then Customer agrees to purchase all of its requirements for such equipment and software from Seller.

Related to Network Standardization

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:

  • Custom Initiative means those projects that are not Standard, Retro-commissioning, or Streetlighting Initiatives. Projects that are found on New Construction Lighting, Metering & Monitoring, and Feasibility Study are also part of the Custom Initiative.
