  • In the event of any inconsistency between any of the following documents, the relevant document first listed below shall govern: (1) the Lease Agreement; (2) the Network Specification; (3) SLA; and (4) Exhibit(s) unless (a) the inconsistent document clearly identifies the specific provision of the governing document that the Parties intended to amend or modify, and (b) the inconsistent document sets forth the specific amendment or modification.
