Network Policies definition

Network Policies means the manual, as amended from time to time, with respect to the structure and activities of the CPF Network and which encompasses the governance or operating policies of CPF Network that are required to be published and complied with in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Network Policies refers to the set of regulatory, public policy, operational, and technical requirements applicable to the MassTech Network and this Agreement, that are either required by Applicable Law, or established by MassTech or the Network Operator and include but are not limited to: (1) MassTech’s Open Access Policy Framework; (2) Nondiscrimination and Interconnection Obligations required by the NTIA BTOP Notice of Funding Availability dated January 22, 2010, and subsequent NTIA Special Award Conditions; (3) the Fiber Management Plan; (4) Network Operator’s Maintenance Plan; (5) Network Operator’s Network Management and Security Policy; and (6) Network Operator’s Written Information Security Program. The Network Policies shall be compiled and set out in Exhibit J.
