Network Policies definition

Network Policies means the Network Security Policy, the applicable Sensitive Information Policy, the Terms of Use, the System Requirements, and such other Collective-defined policies and requirements available or referenced at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/network-policies/ which govern the technical or administrative operations of the Collective Network and which may be updated or amended by Collective in accordance with Section 11.6, below.
Network Policies means the shared information practices and policies relating to the Network and the collection, use or disclosure of PHI, as may be developed from time to time;
Network Policies means the manual, as amended from time to time, with respect to the structure and activities of the CPF Network and which encompasses the governance or operating policies of CPF Network that are required to be published and complied with in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

  • The English language versions of this Agreement and Network Policies and Guidelines are the controlling versions thereof.

  • Your activity on the Network must comply at all times with applicable federal, state, local and foreign laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and Network Policies, including applicable Data Protection Laws.

  • This Agreement may be translated into different language versions and, except as provided by applicable law, the English language versions of this Agreement and Network Policies are the controlling versions thereof and will prevail.

  • Certain sections of the Network Policies and BAA may also survive the termination of this Agreement, as set forth therein.

  • If you become a member of the Netscape Network, then the Netscape Network Member Agreement and Privacy Policy (the "Netscape Network Policies") govern your use of this Service.
