Network Failure definition

Network Failure has the meaning defined in Section 2.2.8 of this Schedule 7.1.

Examples of Network Failure in a sentence

  • In determining Business Income, the Underwriter will take account of the net profit or loss, before income taxes, of the Insured’s business before the Network Attack (under Insuring Agreement 1.2) or Network Failure (under Automatic Extension 2.5, if applicable) occurred, and any other relevant factors.

  • In the event of a Network Failure first discovered during the Policy Period and reported to the Underwriters in accordance with the terms of this Policy, the Underwriters will pay on behalf of the Insured, the Business Interruption Costs incurred by the Insured during the Period of Restoration.
