NDSS shall provide Licensee with approval or rejection (with description of the reason for the rejection) of the submitted samples within five (5) business days after the date that NDSS confirms receipt of Licensee’s submission to Licensee.
Approved Pharmacists that supply NDSS products will receive a payment of $1 for each NDSS product supplied.
LICENSEE shall not disclose or make available to third parties the PRODUCT or any portion thereof without NDS'S prior written consent.
