NDSS definition

NDSS has the meaning specified in Section 1.1(b).

Examples of NDSS in a sentence

  • NDSS shall provide Licensee with approval or rejection (with description of the reason for the rejection) of the submitted samples within five (5) business days after the date that NDSS confirms receipt of Licensee’s submission to Licensee.

  • Approved Pharmacists that supply NDSS products will receive a payment of $1 for each NDSS product supplied.

  • LICENSEE shall not disclose or make available to third parties the PRODUCT or any portion thereof without NDS'S prior written consent.

Related to NDSS

  • DSS means the Department of Social Services.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • SDS means safety data sheet, the written listing of data for the chemical substance.

  • IMS has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.3.

  • Technological safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for use of the technology to protect and control access to personal information.
