NCBCAP definition

NCBCAP means the GAF Materials Corporation Hourly Capital Accumulation Plan, formerly known as the Capital Accumulation Plan for Non-Collectively Bargained Hourly Employees of GAFMC and ISP, as then in effect from time-to-time.
