NAR Term definition

NAR Term means a period lasting until the earlier of: (i) the end of two Tender Cycles; (ii) the commencement of either of the next two Tender Cycles (if at that time VocaLink is not the provider of ATM transaction processing services to LINK or the provider of the underlying communications infrastructure as set out in paragraph 2.1(a));

Related to NAR Term

  • Order Term means the period of time starting on the Services Start Date for the Services and continuing for the period indicated on the Order Form unless terminated in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Original Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 10 hereof.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).
