Multiple Unit Complex definition

Multiple Unit Complex means an apartment, condominium, or business complex where there exist multiple buildings on a single site, and two or more buildings include multiple units.
Multiple Unit Complex means a building used primarily for residential purposes which contains multiple Dwelling Units, and shall include a Personal Care Home, townhouse complex, and a home based business requiring a separate Service Unit.
Multiple Unit Complex means a property that has more than one Municipal Address Number;

  • Multiple Dwelling means a building containing three or more dwelling units.

  • Multiple line crossing means a point at which a proposed pipeline will either cross over or under an existing pipeline.

  • Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.

  • Unit Area means all of the lands, oil and gas leases and/or oil and gas interests of the tracts as shown in Exhibit C totaling 1087.049 acres located in Pultney Township, Belmont County, Ohio as shown in Exhibit D.

  • Additional Units means such Units (as defined herein) as are issued in respect of Additional Securities."
