Multilingual Learner Teacher definition

Multilingual Learner Teacher or "MLL Teacher" means a teacher who provides the Dedicated English Language Development and/or Integrated Language and Content Instruction components of a Language Instruction Educational Program as specified in § 3.2(A)(5)(b) and § 3.2(A)(5)(c) of this Part, and holds the appropriate certification, pursuant to 200-RICR-20-20-1 Regulations Governing the Certification of Educators in Rhode Island, that enables them to provide these instructional components.
