Since December 31, 1999, there has been no material adverse change in the business or financial condition of the Financial Group taken as a whole or, as the case may be, of any of the Multikabel Group taken as a whole.
DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;
MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;
SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.
Toyota Group means Toyota (GB) PLC or Toyota Motor Europe;
Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.
