Multi-Use Path means that part of a shoulder or boulevard which has been set aside and improved for the exclusive use of pedestrians and cyclists in Schedule “T” - Part 3, and so indicated by pavement markings or an official sign or both. A multi-use path is distinct from and does not include a sidewalk;
