Multi-Shot means Multi-Shot, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Multi-Shot means Multi-Shot, LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business located in Texas, and its officers, directors, principals, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent entities, owners, representatives, predecessors, successors, assigns, and all persons under its direction or control.
Multi-Shot means the business formerly known as Multi-Shot, Inc., which was acquired by Seller pursuant to that certain Stock Purchase Agreement dated February 28, 1996.

  • Short-barreled shotgun means a shotgun having one or more barrels less than eighteen inches in length and any weapon made from a shotgun by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.

Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.

  • Pet shop means a place where animals are sold or offered for sale, exchange, or transfer.
