MRI Software means each MRI-developed and/or MRI-owned software product in machine readable object code (not source code), the Documentation for such product, and any Updates and Upgrades thereto (if purchased by Client).

Examples of MRI Software in a sentence

  • ERAP participation and payments will be tracked in Housing Pro (“HAPPY”), a product of MRI Software, under a new Program.

  • If the hosted MRI Software does not perform as warranted, MRI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct such Errors, as Client's exclusive remedy for any claim under this warranty.

Computer software does not include computer databases or computer software documentation.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.
