MR3 Technology definition

MR3 Technology means the proprietary high affinity metals extraction and metals separation technology owned by MR3 and embodied in the MR3 System, and all of the know-how, show-how, Confidential Information, copyrights, trademarks, service marks and information of any nature whatsoever which relates to the MR3 System, developed, possessed, conceived and/or used by MR3, including any modifications, improvements and translations thereof in respect of commercial and industrial uses.

  • MR3, at its own expense, may elect to patent several CDL reactor technologies as well as modifications to those technologies and MR3 may patent technologies related to MR3 Technology.

  • The proceeds from this Loan are to be used by the Company solely for the purpose of designing, engineering, constructing, installing, testing and operating a plant utilizing the Company's MR3 Technology for applications to commercially separate metals (the "Commercial Unit").

Related to MR3 Technology

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • New Technology means methods, products, processes and procedures developed through science or research;

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.
