MPLA Payment Interface definition

MPLA Payment Interface means the payment interface of the application of MPLA s.r.o., enabling its users to make online payments for parking fees in paid parking zones or fees for parking in certain private parking lots operated by commercial entities, payment of fees for providing information about parking space to other registered users, based on payment services provided pursuant to Section 3(1)(c) of Act No. 370/2017 Coll., on Payment. MPLA's payment interface is, within the meaning of these GTC, an interface made available exclusively through the Parking Maniacs application and not through the actual mobile application operated by MPLA Ltd.

Related to MPLA Payment Interface

  • LWDA PAGA Payment means the 75% of the PAGA Penalties paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).

  • Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the national average annual rate of interest payable on jumbo six-month bank certificates of deposit, as quoted in the business section of the most recently published Sunday edition of The New York Times preceding the Executive’s separation from service.

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.
