MPAC Facilities. The MPAC Facilities shall include the following: the outside patio/entrance off Magnolia Street, the lobby, hallway and restrooms, the auditorium, the lecture halls, the stage, the backstage restrooms and dressing rooms, the prop storage room, the concession stand, the black box theatre, the band room, the choral room, and the ensemble rooms. Net Event Revenues: Net Event Revenues equals Event Revenues minus Direct Costs. Revenue Generating Events: Revenue Generating Events are those events that create revenue from outside organizations unaffiliated with MGSD, its schools, classes, programs, or extra- curricular activities.

Examples of MPAC Facilities in a sentence

  • Tours of MPAC Facilities for prospective Revenue Generating Events will be coordinated by TOWN staff in coordination with MGSD staff.

  • At a minimum, the MGSD shall make the MPAC Facilities available for at least fifty-two (52) calendar days, twenty-six (26) of those days being consecutive Friday and Saturday nights of the same week during a school year for Revenue Generating Events.

  • Section 3.2. TOWN staff shall be responsible for front-end sales (leads, tours, registration) and marketing (social media, fairs/shows, website, brochures, etc.) of the MPAC Facilities for all Revenue Generating Events.

  • Section 3.5. Should there be any damages to the MPAC Facilities or any equipment during a Revenue Generating Event, the Revenue Generating Event or TOWN will be responsible for associated costs to repair or replace damaged items.

  • MGSD shall be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the MPAC Facilities.

  • Indirect Costs: Indirect Costs are generally those costs that cannot be expressly (or explicitly) attributed to a specific Revenue Generating Event and shall include the following: TOWN personnel and related operating costs for the front-end sales, MGSD personnel costs and operating costs (including, but not limited to maintenance, utilities, facility software, etc.) for the management of the MPAC Facilities.

  • Section 5.1. The TOWN shall maintain liability insurance coverage for any TOWN sponsored Revenue Generating Events held in the MPAC Facilities, which insurance shall name the MGSD as an additional insured.

  • Section 3.3. MGSD staff shall be responsible for managing the MPAC Facilities and the technical aspects of the MPAC Facilities.

  • TOWN staff shall provide a minimum of two (2) hours notice in advance of any tour during normal business hours, the same being based on the availability of the MPAC Facilities and MGSD staff to provide access and be present for any technical questions that may arise.

  • Likewise, MGSD shall maintain liability insurance coverage for any MGSD school related events held in the MPAC Facilities with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence/aggregate.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
