Monthly Data Tape means a data tape, which shall include with respect to each Collateral Receivable (i) the information specified in the definition of “Monthly Receivable Tape,” (ii) static pool gross and net loss data by monthly origination vintages, (iii) loss and delinquency data with respect to the Servicing Portfolio and (iv) such other information as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, without unreasonable expense or effort by the Servicer, from time to time to satisfy or fulfill regulatory requirements applicable to the Secured Parties, including capital treatment under Basel II or Basel III, for the related quarter; provided that the Monthly Data Tape will be based on data available on the last day of the Collection Period.

Examples of Monthly Data Tape in a sentence

  • If Seller fails to furnish the Monthly Data Tape to Custodian by the close of business on the second business day following receipt of notice from Custodian, it will repurchase each of the Purchased Mortgage Loans for the applicable Repurchase Price within one Business Day.

  • To the extent that Custodian has not received the Monthly Data Tape by the close of business on the second Business Day of any calendar month, it will notify Seller of such failure and Seller shall have two Business Days to furnish the Monthly Data Tape to Custodian.

Related to Monthly Data Tape

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.
