Monitoring Process means the process defined by the Programme Operator, in the Article 19 of KAPPA Terms and Conditions, in order to evaluate the fulfilment of the project objectives, achieved results and their legal protection, particularly the opposition procedure, reporting, final evaluation and sustainability monitoring,
