Modified Software definition

Modified Software means the Software modified by at least one Contribution.
Modified Software means any derivative works of the Software developed or provided by SKYTRAC during the provision of the Services, including without limitation software interfaces and extensions, and any related Documentation.
Modified Software means software that has been changed for a specific user to the extent the charges for the changes are separately stated.

  • The Receiving Party shall return to the Disclosing Party, destroy or erase all Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party in tangible form: (a) upon the written request of the Disclosing Party (except for Software or Modified Software contained in such Confidential Information); or (b) upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, whichever comes first, and in both cases, the Receiving Party shall certify promptly and in writing that it has done so.

  • When the Licensee makes a Contribution to the Software, the terms and conditions for the distribution of the Modified Software become subject to all the provisions of this Agreement.

  • When the Licensee makes a Contribution to the Software, the terms and conditions for the distribution of the resulting Modified Software become subject to all the provisions of this Agreement.

  • This includes, without limitation, any computer virus, worm, software lock, drop dead device, Trojan-horse routine, trap door, time bomb or any other codes or instructions that may be used to access, modify, delete, damage or disable the Liberty Software or the Modified Software.

  • Nothing in this Agreement grants title of the Modified Software, or any patents, trademarks and trade secrets therein, to UFL.

Modified Software has the definition so provided in Section 4.03(a). "Monthly New Business Fee" has the definition so provided in Section B of Exhibit Q.

Modified Software means the Software resulting from modifications, adaptations, improvements, extensions of Existing Software carried out in the context of the Thesis.
Modified Software means any source code, object code, binary code or executable code created or modified by Developer that is based in whole or in part on the Licensed Materials, and the modified Original Software in accordance with the functionality specified in Exhibit A of this SOA. Modified Software shall also mean any derivative work of the Licensed Materials prepared by Developer.

Modified Software means the Software modified by at least one Contribution. Module: means a set of sources files including their documentation that enables supplementary functions or services in addition to those offered by the Software. Object Code: means all binary files originating from compilation of the Source Code.
