Modified Shipping Container definition

Modified Shipping Container means a shipping container that is modified through a means such as, but not limited to, structural reinforcement, the addition of windows and doors, insulation, and the addition of interior and exterior finishes so as to allow the re-use of the shipping container for habitation or commercial premises and accessory uses.

  • Shipping container means a MIL-STD-129 defined exterior container that meets carrier regulations and is of sufficient strength, by reason of material, design, and construction, to be shipped safely without further packing (e.g., wooden boxes or crates, fiber and metal drums, and corrugated and solid fiberboard boxes).

  • Beverage container means an airtight metal, glass, paper, or plastic container, or a container composed of a combination of these materials, which, at the time of sale, contains 1 gallon or less of any of the following:
