Modification Rules has the meaning given in the Uniform Network Code. Network means a Distribution Network and/or the NTS.   • Where the Uniform Network Code Committee fails to achieve majority approval the proposed modification shall be considered in accordance with the provisions set out in Section 7 of the Uniform Network Code Modification Rules unless the Uniform Network Code Committee determines otherwise.
