  • Each Modification Panel Member shall be entitled to receive such notice, agenda and all relevant materials and at the same time as such notice, agenda and all relevant materials are despatched a copy of the notice, agenda and all relevant materials shall be sent to the Director, the Market Auditor and any Recognised Organisation which requests them.
