Model School definition

Model School means a school that has been verified and documented by SED to have complied with all of the following conditions/requirements, and such further conditions/requirements as may be set forth in the Project Operations Manual: (a) having an operationalized early childhood component, with necessary supplies, a dedicated classroom, and a dedicated teacher; (b) teachers trained to use scripted lessons; (c) having boundary walls and functional toilets; (d) each student having been provided with a desk and a chair; and (e) having trained parents-teacher school management committees operationalized.
