MLS® Data definition

MLS® Data means MLS® property data maintained in the MLS® Database regarding the listings of corporate Members of the Board and corporate members of other real estate boards and associations.

Examples of MLS® Data in a sentence

  • The Technology Provider is permitted to program the Licencee's web site so the consumer has the ability to access the Association's MLS® Data without the need to establish a client relationship with the Licencee.

  • The Subscriber will notify Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board in writing of any claimed errors in the MLS® Data and Information within the MLS® System as soon as the Subscriber becomes aware of such errors through accessing the MLS® System.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, the Subscriber shall immediately cease accessing the MLS® System provided by Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board and shall immediately delete any copies of the MLS® Data and Information it may have in its possession.

  • The Technology Provider is authorized to use the Association’s MLS® Data solely for the purpose of populating and creating the Licencee's web site.

  • A one-time Registration Fee of $26.01 plus GST for each web site address (or other locations/formats) where the MLS® Data and Information the Subscriber has access to is published and/or located/stored.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
