The MKS Board may approve rules for meetings and procedures from time to time.
The agenda of the MKS Board shall be agreed by the Chairman following a briefing by officers of the Authorities.

These arrangements will be reviewed on an annual basis and may be amended by a Recommendation of the MKS Board and subsequent Decision by The Authorities.
Projects will be carried out in accordance with any agreed project framework that the MKS Board has adopted.
