Mixed Landuse definition

Mixed Landuse means the multiple use of land (except orange & red category industries), which is allowed to co-exist subject to fulfillment of environmental safeguards.
Mixed Landuse means the multiple use of land is allowed to co-exist such as residential, commercial, institutional etc.
Mixed Landuse. : Mixed landuse means the area where multiple use of land comprising residential, commercial, institutional, recreational and industries (other than orange and red category as listed by Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) or as amended from time to time) shall be permissible subject to environmental safeguards in a regulated manner.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Developed Land means non-vacant land that is likely to be redeveloped during the planning period.

  • Undeveloped Land means raw land that has not been filled to grade or been permitted for development.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in Part A of First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;
