Fiduciary organization or "organization" means a charitable organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code that is approved by the agency to manage a reserve fund. A fiduciary organization may also be a program site.
Wrongdoing means a violation, which is not of a merely technical or minimal nature, of a federal
Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:
Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.
Intentional Wrongdoing means an act or omission taken or omitted by a Party with knowledge or intent that injury or damage could reasonably be expected to result.
