Minor Updates definition

Minor Updates means releases of the Cloud Platform that contain Patches. A Minor Update is described by the fourth level integer (ie ‐ v3.5.0.1). "Normal Business Hours" Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM local time for the customers Selected Support Region.
Minor Updates means: (i) subsequent minor version releases of the Programs that (a) add new features and/or improved performance, or (b) operate on new or other databases or operating systems; (ii) bug or error fixes, patches, workarounds, and maintenance releases.
Minor Updates to new versions of the Voalte Software (e.g., 3.1 to 3.2, 3.3, 3.4,) containing optional enhancements and features if requested by Customer (these may include an additional licensing fee); and "Major Updates" to the next era of the Voalte Software (3.6 to 4.0, etc.) if requested by Customer and for an additional charge for licensing. Customer understands and agrees that both Minor Updates and Major Updates may require additional training and/or Professional Services to configure the updates and enhancements of Voalte Software with Customer’s existing equipment and/or third-party software. These Professional Services may be purchased from Voalte, if desired. Voalte shall provide Customer with updated Documentation reflecting such updates, enhancements, and equipment requirements. Correction of Defects. Voalte shall take all reasonable steps to correct programming defects or errors in the Voalte Software if Voalte, in its sole discretion, recognizes them as having a materially detrimental effect on the performance of the Voalte Software.

Examples of Minor Updates in a sentence

  • You are eligible to receive Major and Minor Updates (i.e., major revisions or new versions) during the one (1) year after the date on which you purchase the License; you will lose the right to receive Updates after such one (1) year period, unless you renew your license.

  • Basic Maintenance means that SCPDC will provide during SCPDC’s standard hours of service: (i) Updates and Minor Updates, when and if available, and related on-line Documentation, and (ii) telephone assistance with respect to the use of Software, including (a) clarification of functions and features of the Software; (b) clarification of the Documentation; (c) guidance in the use of the Software; and (d) error verification, analysis and correction to the extent possible by telephone.

  • If you receive Minor Updates or Major Updates pursuant to this Agreement, you acknowledge that such updates replace and/or supplement (and may disable) the version of the Software that formed the basis for your eligibility for the update.

  • Interventions relating to Minor Updates may make all or part of the TEHTRIS Service temporarily unavailable.

  • Multiple Minor Updates may also be made to the QUMU Cloud Platform throughout a calendar year.

  • Any Major Upgrades or Minor Updates are also subject to the warranties and provisions set forth in AGREEMENT, including limitations and disclaimers.

  • Naturally all major and/or critical issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible but QUMU cannot guarantee a timeline for when Major Upgrades and Minor Updates may each be ready for deployment on CUSTOMER's QUMU Cloud Platform.

  • You may install Minor Updates or Major Updates over your existing installation only during the Term of the Agreement OR in case of a Full Edition under a Perpetual Mode – when You are within a Consecutive Support Period.

  • QUMU will utilize Planned Maintenance for Major Upgrades and Minor Updates to the QUMU Cloud Platform.

  • During the period in which You are eligible for Support Services from Us, You will be granted the right to receive (download) and install all the Minor Updates to the version initially installed.


More Definitions of Minor Updates

Minor Updates means all Externally Mandated Updates where the time for the implementation of these resulting changes to the Licensed Software by the COMPANY requires less than thirty

Related to Minor Updates

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Background Materials means all Intellectual Property Rights, know-how, information, methodologies, techniques, tools, schemata, diagrams, ways of doing business, trade secrets, instructions manuals and procedures (including, but not limited, to software, documentation, and data of whatever nature and in whatever media) owned, developed or controlled by the Supplier which may have been created outside the scope, or independently of, the Services and/or this Agreement, and including all updates, modifications, derivatives or future developments thereof. Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business. Business Systems: the information technology and communication systems, including networks, hardware, software and interfaces owned by, or licensed to, the Customers or any of its agents or contractors.
