Minimally Effective definition

Minimally Effective or “Ineffective” is indicated, an I.D.P. is required and attached. *“I understand that my signature is not intended to indicate my agreement with the evaluation, but is simply to provide the required record that I have read this evaluation and that I have been offered an opportunity to discuss this evaluation with my evaluator. Minimally Effective or “Ineffective” professional annual evaluation rating, along with new teachers hired after a stipend qualifying testing cycle, will be ineligible to receive any portion of the total merit stipend pool for that correlating school year. Any merit stipend payment will be made on the first scheduled payroll in December of the following school year.

Examples of Minimally Effective in a sentence

  • The evaluation tool measures work performance based on four (4) levels of proficiency: Ineffective, Minimally Effective, Effective and Highly Effective.

Related to Minimally Effective

  • Medically fragile means the condition of a child who requires the availability of twenty-four-hour skilled care from a health care professional or specially trained staff or volunteers in a group care setting. These conditions may be present all the time or frequently occurring. If the technology, support and services being received by the medically fragile children are interrupted or denied, the child may, without immediate health care intervention, experience death.
