Customer will notify Mimecast promptly if it becomes aware of any unauthorized access or use.
Customer will not settle any such third party claim in a manner which requires Mimecast to admit fault or pay any monetary amounts of any type without Mimecast’s express prior permission.
It is Customer’s responsibility to inform Mimecast of any additional Domains to be protected.
