You acknowledge and agree that Millry or its designated service provider will be required to access your premises and computer to install and maintain the Equipment, including, without limitation, the antenna and its components.

Any use of the Service other than as specified above is unlawful and unauthorized and a material breach of this Agreement, regardless of whether you receive any compensation for such use, and may result in the immediate termination of the Service and the imposition of the Termination Fee and/or any other applicable termination fee, without prejudice to any rights and remedies available to Millry under this Agreement, at law and at equity.
You authorize Millry to report both positive and negative information about your payment history to any credit reporting agencies.
