MIFS means ▇▇▇▇▇ Instruments Foreign Sales Corporation Limited, a Jamaican corporation.
MIFS means Midland International Financial Services B.V. a company incorporated with limited liability in The Netherlands;
MIFS has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.30.
