  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Company and the Parent Company may from time to time, acting reasonably, alter the form and structure of any payment(s) or award(s) that may become due to the Executive or his estate (as the case may be) under this clause 9 to the extent required for the Company and/or Parent Company to comply with applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation the MIFIDPRU Remuneration Code).
