Mid-Point Date definition

Mid-Point Date means the date half way through the period beginning on the date of the contravention or act complained of and ending on the day of calculation,
Mid-Point Date is defined in Section 2.1.
Mid-Point Date for each Good in Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 specified in the Award Schedule, means the date falling half way between the Commencement Date and the expiry date specified in the Award Schedule for that Good;

Examples of Mid-Point Date in a sentence

  • If Developer has not paid to the Authority a Developer Housing Subsidy equal to or greater than one-half of the Minimum Subsidy Amount or $36,750,000 as of the Mid-Point Date, then Developer shall pay to the Authority within sixty (60) days of the Mid-Point Date an amount equal to the difference between $36,750,000 and the amount of the Developer Housing Subsidy previously paid to the Authority (“Mid-Point True-Up Amount”).

Mid-Point Date for each Good specified in the Award Schedule, means the date falling half way between the Commencement Date and the expiry date specified in the Award Schedule for that Good;
