Micro Focus will deliver any ordered IT consulting, training or other services as described in the applicable Supporting Material.
Micro Focus does not intend to have access to personally identifiable information (“PII”) of Customer in providing services.
Unless otherwise specified, any license granted is perpetual, provided however that if Customer fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, Micro Focus may terminate the license upon written notice.
