Participating Lender will reimburse MHDC in accordance with its undivided Participation Interest in the Mortgage Loan for all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses, attorney’s fees, trustees’ fees, publication and title costs, court costs and collection expenses, which are incurred by MHDC in enforcing any right or remedy under the Security Documents.
