The Concessionaire shall be responsible for the safety of all employees directly or through Sub-Contracts employed by it on the Project and shall report serious accidents to any of them however and wherever occurring on the Project to Maha- Metro Representative or Maha-Metro Representative’s Representative and shall make every arrangement to render all possible assistance.
The depot and satellite yards are accessible on weekends by arrangement with the Metro Representative, or in his absence, the Operations Supervisors.

Metro acknowledges that this Purchase Order may not be signed by the Metro Representative until after the relevant Services have been completed by the Contractor.
The Contractor must liaise with, and report to the Metro Representative, or to the Metro Representative’s replacement if at any time Metro notifies the Contractor of such replacement, as and when the Metro Representative or their replacement reasonably requires during the Term.
