Meritorious service definition
Meritorious service shall be determined by giving equal weight to the employee’s evaluations, attendance record and disciplinary records.
Meritorious service means service that is considered commendable, that is not obscured with disciplinary action, poor performance issues or unacceptable absenteeism. Mutual Agreement means an agreement that has been arrived at between directly affected employees and Sunwater management without duress being applied to either party. National Employment Standards means the National Employment Standards as contained in the Fair Work Act, which provide for minimum standards applying to your employment that cannot be reduced by this Agreement.
